Our syllabus

Social & Community

The calendar, the replies, the escalations and the reviews — owned, with response times you can hold us to.

What's usually broken

Social gets treated as publishing when most of the value is in the replying. Unanswered comments under a live ad are lost sales happening in public, and a bad review left alone outranks your own page. Meanwhile the calendar drifts because nobody owns it outright.

How we run it

  1. Plan

A calendar built around launches and the questions buyers keep asking.

  2. Publish

Consistent output across the channels that matter for your category.

  3. Respond

Agreed response times, a tone guide, and an escalation path for the hard ones.

  4. Recover

Review monitoring and a process for turning a complaint into a resolution.

This is a good fit if

  • Comments and DMs are going unanswered under live ads
  • Reviews are hurting you and nobody owns the response
  • Publishing is inconsistent because it is nobody’s actual job

If none of these sound like you, say so on the call and we'll tell you which of the five you actually need — or that you don't need us yet.

Answer in brief

Q.1 What counts as an "agreed response time" in practice?

We set it per channel in the kickoff — typically same-day for comments and DMs on live ad creative, next-business-day for organic posts. You’ll see the actual numbers we hit, not just the target.

Q.2 Do you handle review platforms, or only social?

Both. Review monitoring and response is part of this subject — a bad review left unanswered outranks your own page just as badly as an unanswered comment under an ad.

Q.3 What does a growth agency actually do?

Three things, in order: work out why someone should buy from you, build the assets that say so, then buy the attention to put it in front of them — measured against revenue rather than reach.

Q.4 How is Invoqo different from a media buying agency?

Most buyers optimise the account they’re handed. We also make the creative going into it and the brand behind the creative, which is usually where the account was actually losing money.

Q.5 What do you need from us to start?

Access to your ad accounts and analytics, twelve months of sales data, and an honest number for what a customer is worth to you. The audit is free and takes about a week.

Q.6 Do you work with brands outside India?

Yes, though our sharpest work is with Indian FMCG and D2C — that’s where we know the shelf, the platforms and the price sensitivity well enough to be useful quickly.

Let's find out what isn't growing.
