Refund & Cancellation Policy

We would rather refund someone than have them feel stuck with something useless. This page sets out exactly when that happens, so nobody has to guess.

Digital products

Digital products — templates, playbooks, spreadsheets, Notion systems — are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense. So the rule is:

• Within 7 days, if the product isn't as described, email us and we will refund you in full. Tell us what you expected and what you got — that is genuinely useful to us.
• If you can't access what you bought, we will fix the access or refund you. Always.
• If you bought the wrong item by mistake, email us within 7 days and we will swap it or refund it, provided the original hasn't been substantially downloaded.
• Change of mind after substantial use is not refundable. The material cannot be un-read.

Consulting sessions

• Cancel 24+ hours before the session: full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
• Cancel within 24 hours: one free reschedule. No refund, as the slot cannot be resold at that notice.
• You don't turn up without notice: treated as delivered, no refund.
• We cancel or reschedule for any reason: full refund if you prefer that to a new slot.

Retainers and project work

Agency retainers and projects are governed by the signed agreement, which sets out the notice period and what happens to fees already paid. As a general rule: work already performed is payable, and fees paid for work not yet started are returned. Monthly retainers require 30 days' written notice.

How to request a refund

Email hello@invoqo.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number and a sentence on what went wrong. You do not need to justify yourself at length.

• We acknowledge within 1 working day.
• We decide within 3 working days.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, plus whatever time your bank takes.

Refunds go back the way they came — we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.

GST on refunds

A refund includes the GST you were charged. Where an invoice has already been filed, we issue a credit note against it.

If you disagree with our decision

Reply and say so. A person will read it, not a macro. If we still disagree, you retain every right available to you under Indian consumer law — this policy does not reduce them.
