These terms govern your use of invoqo.com and anything you buy through it. “We” and “us” mean Dharv Technologies LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership trading as Invoqo. By using the site or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

Who we are

Services

Agency services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, fees, timelines and ownership. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Nothing on this site is an offer to guarantee a commercial result. Marketing performance depends on your product, pricing, market and factors outside anyone's control. Where we describe past results, they relate to that client's circumstances and are not a prediction for yours.

Digital products

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is charged and shown before you pay.
• Purchases are for the use of one person or one business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the contents.
• You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material internally. Copyright stays with us.
• Access is delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Download links may be time-limited for security; if yours expires, email us and we will reissue it.

Consulting sessions

Sessions are prepaid and scheduled at a time you select. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session without notice is treated as delivered.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. A GST invoice is issued to the details you provide at checkout, so please enter them correctly — we can only reissue an invoice to correct our own error.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach the site's security, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or reproduce substantial parts of its content without permission. We may suspend access for any of these.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to quote us with attribution and a link. You are not welcome to republish pages wholesale.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
