Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nothing we sell is physically shipped. Every product and service on this site is delivered electronically, so there are no couriers, no tracking numbers and no shipping charges. This page exists because payment providers and consumer regulations require a delivery policy to be published — and because you are entitled to know exactly when you will receive what you paid for.

Digital products

• Delivery method: email, to the address you enter at checkout.
• Delivery time: immediately after payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
• Delivery cost: none. There are no shipping, handling or delivery fees at any order value.
• Geography: available worldwide. Prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is applied where applicable.

Download links may be time-limited as a security measure. If yours has expired, email us and we will reissue it — a purchase does not expire even though a link might.

If it doesn't arrive

First check your spam or promotions folder, since automated receipts often land there. If it still hasn't appeared within 30 minutes, email hello@invoqo.com with the address you used and we will send it manually. A payment that succeeded always results in delivery; if we cannot deliver, we refund.

Consulting sessions

After payment you receive a booking link by email to choose a slot, followed by a calendar invitation with the video call details. Sessions are held over video call, so nothing needs to be delivered anywhere.

Agency services

Retainers and projects are delivered according to the timeline in the signed proposal, with work shared through agreed channels. Deliverable dates are set out in that document rather than here.

Invoices

A GST invoice is emailed with your order confirmation. If you need it reissued to different details, email us — note that we can only correct our own errors, not change the details you entered after the fact.
