Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what Dharv Technologies LLP (trading as Invoqo, “we”, “us”) does with personal information collected through invoqo.com and its subdomains. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain terms.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Only what a specific purpose requires.

  • When you enquire: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your brand or website, and whatever you write in the message.
  • When you buy a digital product: your name, email address, billing details required for a GST invoice, and a record of the order. Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
  • When you subscribe: your email address, and the date you subscribed.
  • Automatically: standard server logs, and analytics events once you have accepted analytics cookies — never before.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to do the work.
  • To deliver a purchase, issue the invoice, and provide support for it.
  • To meet our legal obligations, including retaining tax records.
  • To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without any non-essential cookies. Analytics only run after you accept them, and you can decline without losing any functionality. We use analytics to count visits and see which pages are read — not to build profiles of individuals.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), our payment gateway (Razorpay, for payments and invoicing), our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs for that function.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Order and invoice records: eight years, as required by Indian tax law. We cannot delete these earlier, even on request.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. You can withdraw consent to analytics or marketing email at any time. Email hello@invoqo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can — the most reliable protection for information is not holding it.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
